Do you offer try on's?

We are not currently offering try ons. This is because our dresses are booked out so quickly each week and we can not guarantee that by the time you try it on it will still be available. 


Can I pick up the garment?

Yes! You are more than welcome to pick up the garment. We are located in Mt Eden, Auckland. To arrange this please select "Pick up" at checkout. 


What if my rental doesn't fit or I don't end up wearing it?

Unfortunately we can not offer a refund if your chosen rental doesn't fit or you do not wear it. This is the risk you take when renting a garment. We are happy to supply extra photos and measurements if you ask.


When booking what date do I select?

Select the date that you will be wearing the garment so we can ensure it arrives to you in time.


Do I clean the garment myself?

Nope we take care of that! Some garments are super delicate and require dry cleaning. Simply place the worn garment into the return postage bag provided and we will take care of the rest! 


When is the latest I can book a garment for the upcoming weekend? 

Postal orders need to placed by 4pm Thursday to ensure they arrive in time. If you place an order that requires postage after 4pm on Thursday you must select "Saturday Delivery" at the checkout. Pick up orders can be made whenever - even the day of your event! 


Do you offer postal try on's?

Unfortunately at this stage we do not offer postal try ons. 


If I book a rental and change my mind, can I get a refund?

If you contact us to cancel your booking within 24 hours of placing your order, we can fully refund you. If 24 hours have passed or if your order has already been posted we do not offer refunds.


What happens if I ruin a dress?

You will be liable to pay for the cost of repairs or if the dress can not be repaired you will be liable to pay the full RRP of the garment. Please notify us as soon as possible if there is damage to the dress as this effects all upcoming rentals.


Can I take my rental overseas?

Yes! We have an extra fee which all depends on how long you'll be away for. Please contact us and we can sort this out for you. 


When do I post my rental back?
We require all rentals to be posted back in the pre paid bag the next working day after your event.
